Born in Borgomanero (NO) February 26, 1958.
He graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Pavia.
Started his career in the auditing company Ernst & Young, arrived in the METRO Group, one of the world's leading retailers, for whom he worked first in Italy and then abroad as head of internal audit and continuous improvement processes and administrative procedures, logistics and trade. In the same group then holds the office of head of development marketing at the international level, where he is responsible of know- how transfer, marketing practices between countries, and project management of international development of the Concept Cash & Carry in strategic business areas the Far East, East Europe and South America.
Back in Italy, he held positions of general management and managing director of small and medium-sized enterprises, carrying out operations turnaround and international development.
Since 2009 he works as a consultant for international business development and strategic marketing in different sectors and in particular fashion, luxury goods and manufacturing.
Accustomed to working in international contexts in direct contact with the employer and the top management is able to deal with complex processes of change and internationalization aimed at strategic repositioning, the result of recovery in terms of margins, and business development.
